Finally got out of working for Northwestern and moved onto the Environmental Protection Agency

Animals are slowly dying off. :o(

Beverage of choice: currently – Slurpee.

I think what I dislike about cyclists the most is that they always have something to say about other cyclists. Isn’t it the most important that we’re all just riding?

Damnit Andy, once I get my bike built up and get back from vacation we need to ride again. It's been months. We rode plenty when it was fucking freezing but now that its nice out... nothing. I know you'll wont forget riding those 12 miles into the snow and a strong headwind. Anyway, you should've moved next door instead of 6 miles away.

Yeah, my bad...never thought that it could possibly ever be meant as "ridiculous" in a good way, like as in, "wow that is really cool" or "man, that is crazy" - so I guess I apologize for the shit I said a while ago in my Blog "edit" when I truly thought you were saying "ahhh, ridiculous" as in "this is the most stupid thing I have ever seen"...sorry Andy. That little clarification entirely changes its meaning - makes me a lot less 'bitter' about the whole thing now.

You should try out racing. I'm not sure how "flat" the courses are out here, but in Connecticut (where I'm from) -- beginner racing is nothing to laugh it. The top competetors are very talented riders and push a quick pace. I finished 4th in the state in my first beginners racing series several years back.
