yo, yeah - the steel on the rocky mtn is absolutely beautiful. real thin and light. gorgeous work - i got it because supposedly they are actually made by cinelli (not just the tubing, but the company put together the frames too). the frames float on ebay for a listed price of 800 - 1200. i've seen one go for as low as 415 using a straight up auction, but if you email the guys directly and let them know you're in the industry, they should drop it down a couple hundred. i got mine for 650, which was the same as a gunnar roadie with fork at wholesale.

Hey man, thanks again for the helmet... its the best I've ever had. The trip to CT was great, but much too fast. Sorry we didn't get a chance to ride. I'm certain I'm moving back to the Northeast by September -- so we've gotta meet up for some rides then.

My flight from San Francisco to Chicago was cancelled, so I had to work some magic to get here via Detroit. So, I'm in Chicago right now and will be in CT from Sunday to the next Monday. It's nasty out here right now... so I hope the rain doesn't much up the trails when it finally moves east. We'd love to ride, but keep in mind that when we all rode together this summer -- well, that's pretty far away from us (and not what I'd call a good ride). Let me know what your thoughts are.
