Got rid of my MOAB because I didn’t like it and never rode it. I need to build my SAC into a fixie. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions/cheap options for parts? I need to get this built out soon and all I have is frame. I need everything.

Good day all. I just bought a 2005 S.A.C. frame I’m looking forward to building this up. I have a buddy that used to work at Sunflower Bike Shop in Lawrence, KS (Go Jayhawks!) that’s gonna help me with the tougher stuff. Any advice on where I can get some cheap parts (or if you want to sell any older parts that are still in good condition) would be greatly appreciated. I’m partial to the Campy groupset.

I also want to make note that this is my first foray back into serious riding in about 5 years. As my profile states, I had a Bianchi but sold it to buy my beautiful wife her engagement ring. Well, it was part of the group of stuff I sold to buy her ring. In any case, please don’t make fun of me. I’m out of the loop and I haven’t really done any serious riding except on my mtn bike to the bus stop (doing my part). I don’t even have a cool bike rack. My oldest son does have a sweet dyno bmx’r though.

Anyhoo, I can’t wait to get started with this frame. I’ve done a little research and I’m pretty amped about the bike.
