So, surgery next monday. Fortunately it is only 1 and minor at that. Doc says I’ll be down at least for a week before I can start spinning on the stationary. Nice and easy to start with. 3 weeks on full recovery with the exception on being sore. He says that it will depend on my pain threshold. He’s not worried about me doing any damage, but it will depend on how much pain I can withstand.
To tell you the truth, I can’t wait. It’s absolutely driving me nuts right now. I was hoping to get an early start on training. Ah well, could be worse.
