Tried a pair of the Ergon GP1 grips on ‘Goose and rode some rail trail yesterday with my two sons. I couldn’t believe how comfortable they were. Having that extra surface area for my palm to rest on was so comfortable was so nice. I have a pair of Serass ergo grips on my winter commuter and I am planning on putting a pair of the GP2s on the Qball. I think I will need a pair for my ’Horse now, too.

just got back from riding with Adam at Blue Mountain. my hands feel great. weren't sore or numb the whole ride. these grips are the reason i put flatbars on my commuter!

That's the same way i feel about most lock-ons I buy. I'm on my 5th year with some ODI ruffians and they were almost $30. They have definitely been worth it.

Not so pricey when you can divide their cost by 3 to 4 years of use.

I got a pair from Seras on my Bridgestone Commuter and while they don't have as much surface area as the Ergons they are still extremely comfortable. Rode to work this morning and it was really nice. Ergons tend to be a bit pricey. Might try a pair from Special-Ed and see if they are any different.

I install a lot of these at the shop. I'm thinking about getting some for a couple of my rides. My dad swears by them.

I've been saying this since 2005. Still running the same pair from September of that year.
