My new bike has arrived… 3500 miles away.
23 days until I can ride her.
I still wear the same shoes, jersey, and shorts that I did when I was 13. For the next 3 weeks, I’ll ride the same bike too. Cheryl and I are going up North to Santa Rosa to ride Annadel Park—home of the “Rockhopper” MTB race from the mid-80s.
Anyway, it’s about time for upgrades. Last night I ordered a proper pair of shoes:

Spooky dropped the ball. I don't think I'll deal with them in the future. I did get my full "non-refundable" deposit back, though. Guess they realize it too.

proper. spooky what? can't wait to her how she is on the trail. nice shoes too, diadora makes them for cannondale. sweet stuff happening for you this year mtb equipment wise.
