About
Purchased in March 2007 from Johnny Sprockets on the North Side of Chicago. My first bike in the city, and I’m loving it so far – the frame is stiff and responsive, but the bike is still light enough to let me get going reasonably fast. Shifting is crisp and the Shimano RapidFire shifters rock (of course, the best shifters I’d used before that were S.I.S. index shifters on an ancient used Malvern Star – I should also point out that this is the first GOOD bike that I’ve had).
