About

Apr, 08 update: Just installed the new SID. I had to replace my carbon bars with alloy, because the taper starts farther out on carbon bars so there wasn’t enough room for the lockout remote. oh well.

I didn’t want to mess up the clean lines of the fork with something so lowly as a computer sensor and cable, so I mounted it on the brake caliper and wound the cable down the brake housing. nicely hidden!

Can’t wait to hit the trails with this baby!!

My race bike.

custom built (by me) Fetish D&S, with a Marzocchi MX-Pro fork, full SRAM X.9 components, Avid Juicy brakes, Mavic/XT wheels, Race Face Deus XC crankset, WTB Rocket V saddle, Answer carbon flatbar, and Fire XC Pro tires.

I’m running my non-UST Fire XC Pro’s on my UST rims as tubeless tires with Stan’s sealant, and I’ve had no problems!! So, I say go with the standard tires that you can get in different colors, rather than the USTs that only ever come in black.

Rocklegacy - Walking back in 110 degree heat
NICE RIDE. That's the setup I'm shooting for on my Iron Horse. Marzocchi forks are coming! I'm also working on hydraulic disc brakes from my cable activated ones. How hard is it to bleed and maintain the Hydraulic setup? I just put the race face bb and cranks on- WHAT a difference!

That SID looks hot. I'd get a SID or a Reba had it not been for a stock Fox. Very nice.
