Lowered the MR1's about 1/8"on the trail today and it made the experiance completely different. I had no idea my wrists were so low! They have earned a place in the Mizunole hall of never coming off my fucking bike! BTW have you ever tried thudbuster ST? It is a weight penalty,about 2 to 300g, but not as much as a shock, and damn, it does what it is supposed to. I no longer feel like, well you know, a tester at a strap-on party.

Just a weight weenie FYI, my anodized water bottle bolts replaced the steel clamp bolts nicely. The Blair Witch bike looks great!

I picked up a set at Interbike. They look a little funny but I'm 100% sold n them. Took a few rides to get used to but well worth it in the end.

I just got a set of the Ergon MR1's off eBay. Rode them on the trail today, still a little wierd, but I can see where they can help over the long haul. What are your thoughts to date?
